Appointment
We would love to see you and your pet! You can request an appointment with Muirfield Pet Clinic online or by phone. If you are a new client, please complete our New Client Registration Form before your first visit.
Important Notes About Appointments
Appointment requests are not automatically confirmed. Once we receive your request, our team will contact you to confirm a date and time as close to your requested schedule as possible.
Please submit requests at least seven (7) full business days in advance. Last-minute requests may not be accommodated due to high demand.

Changes to Your Appointment
- To reschedule or cancel, call us at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can accommodate other patients.
We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. The first same-day cancellation or missed appointment is waived, but future occurrences will incur a $40 cancellation fee applied to your next visit.
Tardiness Policy
- Please arrive on time. Clients arriving 10 minutes late may receive a shortened visit or may need to reschedule, depending on the doctor’s availability. Arriving late can affect other clients’ schedules, so we appreciate your punctuality.
